摘要
目的研究并分析米索前列醇辅助缩宫素对预防产后出血的临床疗效。方法选取收治的产妇208例,随机分组,对照组行缩宫素肌肉注射预防,观察组行缩宫素肌肉注射联合米索前列醇口服预防,对比两组产妇的产后出血量与产后出血发生率。结果观察组产妇产后出血量、产后出血发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论米索前列醇辅助缩宫素预防产后出血效果更佳,联合用药的安全性与有效性更好,且价格便宜、方便给药。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of misoprostol auxiliary condensing on prevention of postpartum hemorrhage oxytocin. Methods 208 cases were randomized divided into two groups. Control group underwent uterine prime intramuscular prevention, and observation group underwent uterine prime intramuscular misoprostol oral prophylaxis. Maternal postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum hemorrhage rate of two groups was compared. Results The postpartum hemorrhage, postpartum hemorrhage rate was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Misoprostol auxiliary oxytocin to prevent postpartum hemorrhage better, better safety and efficacy of combination therapy, and inexpensive, convenient administration.
