摘要
当前人们对于临床治疗效果、服务水平的要求越来越高,其中院前急救因临床治疗的疗效性、操作技术的高标准成为当前医务人员培训中的关键内容。如何提高社区医务人员的院前急救能力成为当前社区医院工作中的重点。本文对微课教学在社区服务人员院前急救培训中的应用进行分析,为当前的社区院前急救培训工作提供借鉴。
The people to the requirement of clinical treatment effect and the service level is higher and higher, the pre-hospital first aid for clinical curative effect, high standards of operation technology is a very important content in the current medical personnel training. How to improve the ability of community medical staff of pre-hospital emergency become a focus in current community hospital work. In this paper, the micro teaching in the application of community service personnel pre-hospital first aid training is analyzed, and the pre-hospital first aid training work for the community to provide reference.
