摘要
本文基于358份有效样本,探讨了高校创业服务价值-大学生创业动机-大学生创业能力之间的作用机制,实证检验了高校创业服务价值对大学生创业能力的影响及大学生创业动机的调节作用。研究表明:高校创业服务技术和信息价值对大学生创业能力各维度均具有显著正向影响;时间价值对机会把握和承诺学习能力具有显著正向影响;经济价值对机会把握和创新创造能力具有显著正向影响;大学生创业动机在高校创业服务价值与大学生创业能力之间存在部分调节作用,增强高校创业服务效率的关键在于价值维度与能力维度的有效匹配。
This paper tests and verifies how the entrepreneurial service value of university affects the entrepreneurial capability of undergraduates, and the regulating effect of undergraduates' entrepreneurial motive based on 358 effective samples. It is concluded that the value dimensions of information and technology have a positive effect on each capability dimension of undergraduates' entrepreneurial capability; the value dimension of time has a positive effect on capability dimensions of grasping opportunities and commitment learning; the value dimension of economy has a positive effect on capability dimensions of grasping opportunities and innovation and creativity; the undergraduates' entrepreneurial motive has a partial regulating effect between the entrepreneurial service value of university and the entrepreneurial capability of undergraduates. The key to enhance undergraduates' entrepreneurship service efficiency depends on the match between value dimension and capability dimension.
