摘要
纳米压痕仪作为一种用量少,可以原位准确测量的测试手段能有效弥补传统测试手段的不足。分析了样品制备方式对高分子材料纳米压痕硬度测试结果的影响,并使用邵氏硬度验证了样品制备方式对测试结果带来的差异,同时分析了不同实验点测试结果的差异,为使用纳米压痕仪评价高分子材料的力学性能积累了一定的工作基础。
Nano-indentation can just cover the shortage of traditional test methods for it can work in situ of small products with small amounts of sample. Effects of sample preparation methods on the test results of nano-indentation hardness in polymer materials were analyzed, and Shore hardness was used to verify the results difference induced by sample preparation methods. Additionally, the results difference in various test locations was analyzed.
