慢性间歇性缺氧对INS-1细胞功能的影响

摘要 目的观察慢性间歇性缺氧(CIH)对INS-1细胞功能的影响。方法按不同浓度氧气作用于INS-1细胞,分为轻度间歇性缺氧组、中度间歇性缺氧组、重度间歇性缺氧组、持续低氧组、间歇正常氧对照组、空白对照组。采用放射免疫法检测细胞上清液中胰岛素水平,甲基噻唑基四唑比色试验(MTT)检测细胞增殖。结果和正常对照组比较,中、重度间歇性缺氧组胰岛素水平和细胞增殖能力明显降低(P均<0.05)。结论 CIH能抑制INS-1细胞胰岛素分泌及细胞增殖。
