摘要
目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者血清S100钙结合蛋白A9(S100A9)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)的表达水平变化及其临床意义。方法选取本院呼吸内科收治的82例AECOPD患者(AECOPD组)、60例慢阻肺稳定期患者(COPD组)、60例健康研究对象(健康组),分别测定三组的血清IL-17、HMGB1、S100A9水平,同时分析其与AECOPD患者肺功能的关系。结果 AECOPD组患者的FEV_1/FVC%、FEV_1占预计值%均显著的低于COPD组、健康组且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),COPD组患者的FEV_1/FVC%、FEV_1占预计值%均显著的低于健康组且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);AECOPD组患者的血清S100A9、IL-17、HMGB1、TNF-ɑ、MIP-1ɑ水平显著的高于COPD组、健康组且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),COPD组患者的血清S100A9、IL-17、HMGB1、TNF-ɑ、MIP-1ɑ水平显著的高于健康组且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);AECOPD组患者的血清S100A9、IL-17、HMGB1与FEV_1/FVC%、FEV_1占预计值%均呈显著的负相关关系(r=-0.517、r=-0.385、r=-0.563、r=-0.62、r=-0.435、r=-0.664,P<0.05)。结论 AECOPD患者血清S100A9、IL-17、HMGB1水平显著的提高,并且与患者的肺功能呈显著的负相关性。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum levels of S 100 ( A9 ) , interleukin-17 ( IL-17 ) and high mobility group protein 1 ( HMGB1) in patients with AECOPD and its clinical significance .Methods The study selected 82 AECOPD patients as the AECOPD group , 60 stable COPD patients as the COPD group , and 60 healthy subjects as the healthy group .Their serum IL-17, HMGB1 and S100A9 were detected, and their relationship with lung function was analyzed in patients with AECOPD .Results The value of FEV1/FVC%and FEV1%predic-ted value were significantly lower in the AECOPD group than in the COPD group and the healthy group (P〈0.05), and they were significantly lower in the COPD group than in the healthy group (P〈0.05).Serum S100A9, IL-17, HMGB1, TNF-ɑand MIP-1ɑ were the highest in the AECOPD group , followed by the COPD group and the healthy group (P〈0.05).In the AECOPD group, serum S100A9, IL-17 and HMGB1 were positively correlated with FEV1/FVC%, FEV1%and predicted value ( r=-0.517, r=-0.385, r=-0.563, r=-0.62, r=-0.435, r=-0.664, P〈0.05).Conclusion Serum S100A9, IL-17 and HMGB1 increase significantly in AECOPD patients , and they are negatively correlated with lung function .
