摘要
目的 观察及研究肺泡灌洗治疗对支气管扩张合并感染患者血清和肽素（CPP）、降钙素原（PCT）及Th1Th2的影响状态。方法 选取2013年6月-2015年7月于本院进行诊治的100例支气管扩张合并感染患者为研究对象,将100例患者随机分为对照组（常规支气管扩张合并感染治疗组）50例和观察组（常规治疗加肺泡灌洗治疗组）50例,然后将两组患者治疗前与治疗后3d、7d及14d的血清CPP、PCT、hs-CRP及Th1Th2指标进行检测与比较。结果 治疗前两组患者的血清CPP、PCT、hs-CRP及Th1Th2指标比较,P均〉0.05,而治疗后3d、7d及14d观察组的血清CPP、PCT、hs-CRP及Th1Th2指标水平均好于对照组及治疗前的检测水平,P均〈0.05,不同时间的检测水平均有显著性差异。结论 肺泡灌洗治疗可明显改善支气管扩张合并感染患者的血清CPP、PCT及Th1Th2指标水平,对于本病患者的综合炎性状态改善作用突出。
Objective To observe and study the influence of bronchoalveolar lavage on serum copeptin （CPP）, procalcitonin （PCT） and Th1Th2 of patients with bronchiectasia complicated with infection .Methods 100 patients with bronchiectasia complicated with infection in our hospital from June 2013 to July 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group （ conventional treatment ） and the observation group （ conventional treatment and bronchoalveolar lavage treatment ）.The levels of serum CPP, PCT, hs-CRP and Th1Th2 were detected before and after the third , seventh and fourteenth days after the treatment between the two groups .Results The levels of serum CPP, PCT, hs-CRP and Th1Th2 showed certain differences before treatment between the two groups （all P〉0.05）, while they were better in the observation group than in the control group at the third , seventh and fourteenth days after the treatment （all P〈0.05）.There were significant difference in serum CPP , PCT, hs-CRP and Th1Th2 at different time points .Conclusion The bronchoalveolar lavage treatment can obviously improve the serum copep-tin,procalcitonin and Th1Th2 of patients with bronchiectasia complicated with infection , so its role for the improve-ment of comprehensive inflammatory state of patients are prominent .
