乘用车车身点垂直载荷下应变频响特性的计算方法

摘要 针对乘用车耐久试验中的车身疲劳损坏,经常需要专门对损坏点进行垂直载荷损伤分析,由于损伤由局部点的应力循环直接导致,本文给出了一种通用的车身点垂直载荷下的应变频响特性计算方法。进而基于MTS四立柱道路模拟系统在某型乘用车上对计算方法进行具体的应用,并结合实际道路采集应变信号对计算结果作一定的验证,体现出计算方法的有效性和实用性。 Given to fatigue cracking of passenger car body during endurance test, damage for cracking point under vertical loads usually needs to be specially analyzed. As damage is directly caused by local stress circles, a common frequency response characteristics calculation method for strain on car body under vertical loads is proposed by the paper. In addition, the calculation method is put in practice use to a certain passenger car based on MTS fourchannel road simulation system and actual road collecting strain signals are used to verify the calculated results, which shows the effectiveness and practicability of the method.
