摘要
为研究45%烯肟菌胺·苯醚甲环唑·噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂对冬小麦出苗、农艺性状、主要病虫害防效、产量等的影响,以周麦27为试验品种进行田间试验,以每100kg种子30%噻虫嗪FS 240m L+30g/L苯醚甲环唑FS 200m L为对照药剂,设置3种不同药种质量比(400、600、800g/100kg)进行研究,以确定最佳用药量。结果表明:各药剂处理对小麦均不产生药害、出苗安全,可显著提高出苗率,增强小麦植株素质,成熟安全。各药剂处理小麦主要病虫害的病情指数(被害株率、百株蚜量)均与对照药剂处理差异不显著,但防效有所差异;除400g/100kg包衣对金针虫、纹枯病的防效低于对照药剂处理且差异显著外,其余药剂处理的防效均与对照药剂处理差异不显著。与空白对照(CK)相比,400、600、800g/100kg包衣处理小麦增产率分别为6.71%、8.16%、9.07%,对照药剂处理的增产率为8.29%,均与CK差异显著。生产中推荐45%烯肟菌胺·苯醚甲环唑·噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂应用于小麦生产的最佳用量为600g/100kg包衣。
The effect of fenaminstrobin-difenoconazole-thiamethoxam 45% FSC on winter wheat emergence, plant quality, the main diseases and insect pests control effect and yield was studied in field experiment with Zhoumai 27 as tested variety. In order to determine the optimal dose, the related research was carried out with 30% thiamethoxam FS 240 m L+30g/L difenoconazole FS 200 m L per 100 kg seed as control agents, setting up three different mass ratio of pesticide to seeds(400g/100 kg, 600g/100 kg, 800g/100kg). The results showed that: All medicament treatment on wheat did not produce the toxicity, emergence safety, mature security and could significantly improve the germination rate, enhance the quality of wheat plant. There was no significant difference in the disease index(100 strains of aphid) between the chemical treatment and the control agents on main diseases and insect pests of wheat, but the control effect was different. In addition to the 400g/100 kg coating control effect on the wireworm and sheath blight was significantly lower than that of control agents, the control effect of rest treatment were no significant difference with the control agent. Wheat yield increase rate of 400, 600, 800g/100 kg coating and contrast agent was 6.71%, 8.16%,9.07% and 8.29% respectively, and were significantly different from CK. The best recommended dosage of fenaminstrobindifenoconazole-thiamethoxam 45% applied to wheat was 600g/100 kg coating in the production.
