摘要 在100%自然光照(裸地栽培)、50%自然光照、25%自然光照3种光照条件下,研究不同光照强度对龙胆草地上部和地下部农艺性状的影响。结果表明,不同光照对龙胆草地上部性状株高和叶宽的影响不大,各处理之间差异不显著;叶长以50%自然光照处理最好,与100%和25%自然光照处理之间差异显著;茎粗以100%和50%自然光照处理较好,分别与25%自然光照处理之间差异达到显著水平。根部性状中不同处理对根长、根粗、分根数和根重的影响不同,根长和根重以100%和50%自然光照处理较好,分别与25%自然光照处理之间差异达到显著水平;根粗和须根数各处理之间差异不显著;小区产量以50%自然光照处理最好,与其它两处理100%和50%自然光照处理之间差异显著,综合分析龙胆植株各生长性状和产量性状以50%自然光照处理最好,可促进龙胆植株生长,并能提高其产量。 This study evaluated the effects of different illumination intensity on The Yield and Agronomic Traits of Gentiana scabra Bge. under three natural illumination conditions of 25%, 50% and 100% ( bare land cultivation). The result showed that different illumination intensity have no significantly affected on aerial part traits of Gentiana scabra Bge. The highest value of leaf length were found in 50% natural illumination treatment, which were significantly higher than 100 M and 25% natural illumination treatments. The highest value of stem diameter were found in 100 % and 50 % natural illumination treatments, which were significantly higher than 25 % natural illumination treatment. Different treatments of root characters have different effects on root length, single root weight, root thickness and the number of fibrous root. The highest value of root length and single root weight were found in 100% and 50 % natural illumination treatments, which were significantly higher than 25 %natural illumination treatment. There were no significant difference between the treatments of root thickness and the number of fibrous root. The highest value of plot yield were found in 50 % natural illumination treatments, which were significantly higher than 100%and 50% natural illumination treatments. Comprehensive analysis of agronomic traits, the optimum natural illumination treatment was 50%, which could promote the plant growth of Gentiana scabra Bge. and increase the yield.
