摘要
目的探讨疏肝健脾和胃汤治疗功能性消化不良疗效。方法随机抽取2014年5月—2015年7月我院收治的70例功能性消化不良患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各35例,对照组予以多潘立酮片进行治疗,观察组予以疏肝健脾和胃汤进行治疗,两组均连续治疗4周,观察比较两组临床治疗效果,并分别对两组患者治疗后的症状进行评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为88.57%(31/35),明显高于对照组,两组比较差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的症状评分为(10.3±3.6)分,明显低于对照组(41.4±7.9)分,比较差异明显具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏肝健脾和胃汤治疗功能性消化不良具有确切的效果,有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore effect of Shugan Jianpi Hewei decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 70 cases of functional dyspepsia from May 2014 to July 2015 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the different treatment modalities,and each group had 35 cases. The control group received domperidone treatment. The observation group was given Shugan Jianpi Hewei decoction. The two groups were treated continuously for four weeks. The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. The symptoms of the two groups were evaluated after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88. 57%（ 31 /35）,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups had obviously statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The symptom scores of the observation group were（ 10. 3± 3. 6） which were significantly lower than（ 41. 4 ± 7. 9） of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Shugan Jianpi Hewei decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia has the exact effect and high value in clinical application.
