摘要
针对常用的衰减系统仅能实现一种波长的衰减,设计了一种可实现多波长衰减的程控衰减方法.采用中性密度滤光片作为衰减系统的衰减单元,衰减盘之间通过级联实现宽范围衰减,整个衰减过程通过程序控制及相关算法精确查找,使其具有快速、精确的衰减.使用532nm和1 064nm Nd∶YAG激光器进行试验验证.实验结果表明:该衰减器可实现对不同波长的衰减,衰减范围宽,且具有可靠的稳定性和可重复性.与传统的衰减器相比,它解决了衰减波长单一,能量变化动态范围小,线性度不好以及重复性不高等问题,具有结构简单,成本低等优点.
A multi-wavelength laser attenuation is achieved to overcome the shortcoming of common attenuation system achieving attenuation of one wavelength laser only.A neutral density filter is used as the attenuation unit system.The attenuation disks are cascaded for a wide range of attenuation.The entire attenuation is programmable for a fast,accurate attenuation.The use of 532 nm and 1 064 nm Nd∶YAG laser tests the verification.Test results show that the attenuator enables the laser of different wavelengths is attenuated,and has the advantages of reliability,stability and repeatability.It has a simple structure and low cost,compared with conventional attenuators with a single wavelength,small dynamic range of energy change and insufficient linearity and repeatability.
