摘要
为了提高阴极场发射的均匀性与稳定性,探索了一种电泳沉积纳米金刚石场发射的阴极工艺。在这个工艺中,研制了特定比例的纳米金刚石电泳液,在抛光的金属钛衬底上通过电泳沉积了纳米金刚石场发射阴极。用扫描电子显微镜和拉曼光谱观察了涂层的形貌和结构,并测试了制备的涂层阴极的场发射特性。实验结果表明,在钛片上沉积的金刚石涂层薄而均匀。采用电泳方法制备场发射阴极具有简单易行,成本低廉以及可大面积制作等优势,可在平板显示器中得到广泛应用。
In order to improve the uniformity and stability of cathode field emission, a kind of cathode process of nano diamond field emission by electrophoretic deposition was explored. In this process, a certain proportion of nano-meter diamond electrophoresis liquid was developed, the nano-diamond field emission cathode was deposited on the polished metal titanium substrate by electrophoresis. The surface morphology and micro-structures of the coating was observed by scanning electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy, and the field emission properties of the prepared cathode coating was tested. The experimental results show, the diamond coating deposited on titanium substrate is thin and uniform. Field emission cathode is prepared by eleetrophoresis and can be widely used in flat panel displays. There are many advantages, such as simple control, low cost and large-area production.
