摘要
目的探讨创伤感染性骨髓炎术后不同引流方式的护理措施。方法回顾性分析2009年7月-2012年5月79例创伤感染性骨髓炎患者的临床资料及护理方法。结果护理要点为全程护患配合，妥善固定，充分引流，全面观察，及时准确处理意外情况。结论充分了解引流装置的特性及作用，掌握异常情况的判断及处理方法，做到安全有效引流，促进患者的康复。
Objective Different drainage ways in traumatic osteomyelitis postoperative nursing measures. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data from July 2009 to May 2012, 79 cases of osteomyelitis patients and nursing methods. Results Nursing key points of the entire nurse cooperate, properly fixed, adequate drainage, comprehensive observation, timely and accurate handling unexpected circumstances. Conclusion Fully understand the features and functions of drainage device, master the judgment and handling method of abnormal situation, be safe and effective drainage, promote the recovery of patients.
