摘要
铁道车辆专业是辽宁轨道交通职业学院的特色专业,主要培养具有铁道车辆运用、检修和管理等职业能力的高端技能型人才。车辆钩缓装置对于列车的安全运行起着十分重要的作用,培养学生具备钩缓装置检查和维修的技能是本专业实训的关键目标。培养技术技能人才需要高职院校针对不同专业的人才培养方案,结合现场实际,完善校内实训室建设,使学生能够将理论知识与实践操作融合起来,提高实践动手能力。
Railway vehicle major is the characteristic major of Guidao Jiaotong Polytechnic Institute, and it mainly cultivates the skilled talents with professional ability of railway vehicle application, inspection and management. Vehicle draft gear is important for the safety of trains, the key goal of the major is to train students with skills of draft gear inspection and maintenance. The talents training requires vocational colleges to combine with field, perfect campus practice training room construction, let students integrate theoretical knowledge with practical operation, and improve practical operation ability according to different training schemes.
