摘要
研究粉状酚醛树脂与废弃木质材料压制酚醛树脂木质复合材料时,表面增湿处理对热压过程中表层和芯层温度以及物理力学性能的影响。结果表明,增湿处理可缩短快速升温段时间31%,使得芯层终了温度接近热压板表面温度,提高材料的物理力学性能,材料的增湿量在5%-10%的范围内较为适合,增湿量为5%时最佳,静曲强度提高65.4%,内结合强度提高31.4%。
The effecl of humidifying treatment on outer and core layer of powdery phenol-formaldehyde(PF) resin/wood composite material was investigated when preparing PF resin/wood composite with powdery phenol-formaldehyde resin and recycled wood materials.Kesull showed that appropriate humidifying treatment can shorten the rapid wanning period of 31%,which makes the end temperature of core layer close to the surface temperature of the hot pressing plate,and improves product physical and mechanical properties.The suitable humidifying treatment range is 5%- 10%,and the best humidifying treatment is 5%,the modulus of rupture increases 65.4%,and the internal bond strength increases31.4%.
