摘要
以新疆霍城县、巩留县、新源县、托里县和额敏县5个地区新疆野苹果(Malus sieversii)林内休眠的1年生枝条为实验材料,通过人工模拟低温胁迫处理后,测定其相对电导率、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量和枝条萌芽率,并将相对电导率测定结果结合Logistic方程计算出半致死温度(LT_(50)),最后结合各指标进行主成分分析,综合评判各指标与抗寒性的关系。结果表明,不同生境新疆野苹果抗寒性为:托里县野苹果>额敏县野苹果>巩留县野苹果>霍城县野苹果>新源县野苹果。
The annual branches of Malus sieversii of fruit and trees for dormant one year in 5areas such as Huocheng,Gonliu,Xinyan,Tuoli and Emin were used as experimental materials,whose relative conductivity,soluble sugar content,proline content,MDA content and germination rate of branches were measured,and relative conductivity determination results combined with the Ligistic equetion to calculate the LT_(50),finally,according to each index by principal component analysis,the relationships between different indexes and cold resistance were comprehensively judged.The results showed that the cold resistance of Malus sieversii in different habitats:Toli County Malus sieversii Emin County Malus sieversii Gongliu County Malus sieversiiHuocheng County Malus sieversii Xinyuan County Malus sieversii.
