摘要
将废CRT含铅玻璃和硫化钠在高温下熔融反应,回收硫化铅。研究了硫化钠加入量、反应温度和反应时间对硫化铅回收率的影响规律。结果表明,按照全部沉淀硫化铅理论需要量的1.25倍加入硫化钠,在1 200℃下熔融反应90 min,硫化铅回收率可达86.35%。提高硫化钠的加入量、反应温度和延长反应时间,可以提高硫化铅的回收率。该研究结果可以应用于废含铅玻璃的资源化利用。
The waste CRT (cathode ray tube) glass and sodium sulfide melted reaction at high temperature can be precipitated and recovered lead sulfide. Through experiments studied the influence law of lead sulfide recovery the addition of sodium sulfide, the reaction temperature and the reaction time. The results show that in the conditions of adding 1.25 times sodium sulfide in accordance with the theoretical value for all lead sulfide precipitation, and melted reaction at 1 200℃ in 90 min, the recovery rate of lead sulfide can be reached 86.35%. Increasing the amount of sodium sulfide addition, the reaction temperature, and the reaction time, can improve the recovery rate of lead sulfide. The research results can be applied to the resource utilization of the waste CRT glass.
