高校教学档案是高校师生开展教学活动的真实记录,是高校教学质量和管理水平的全面反映,对服务和促进高校教学具有十分重要的价值。必须加强对高校教学档案管理工作的探讨,分析存在的主要问题,提出有针对性的对策措施,以提升高校教学管理水平,提高高校教学质量。
The teaching file in colleges and universities are the ture record of teaching activites between teachers and students. It is the comprehensive reflection of the teaching quality and management level,and it has very important value to serve and promote college teaching. It is necessary to strengthen the management of teaching files in colleges and universities, analyze the main problems, and put forwad some specific, workable proposals, to improve the teaching management level and the quality of teaching in colleges and universities.
