摘要
目的探讨前列地尔注射液治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的疗效,以供临床参考以及研究。方法本次研究对象从2013年1月-2016年3月于我院就诊的椎基底动脉供血不足患者中选取68例,通过动态随机分组的方法将其分为两组,对照组34例椎基底动脉供血不足患者采用常规方法进行治疗,观察组34例椎基底动脉供血不足患者采用前列地尔注射液进行治疗,探究68例椎基底动脉供血不足患者的治疗效果以及不良反应发生率的差异性。结果通过本研究可以看出,在治疗效果以及不良反应发生率的比较中,观察组患者的结果明显优于对照组患者的结果,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论前列地尔注射液治疗椎基底动脉供血不足患者具有一定的治疗效果,可以有效改善患者的临床症状,降低患者发生的不良反应几率,可应用推广。
Objective To explore the curative effect of alprostadil injection in treatment of vertebral basilar artery insufficiency for clinical reference and research. Methods 68 cases of patients with vertebral basilar artery insufficiency cured in our hospital from January 2013 to March 2016 were selected as the study objects. According to dynamic random grouping method, they were divided into two groups with 34 cases in each. Patients with vertebral basilar artery insufficiency in control group were treated with routine therapy, and patients with vertebral basilar artery insufficiency in observation group were treated with alprostadil injection. Treatment efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results Through the research of this paper can be seen as follows. In the comparison of treatment efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions, the results of observation group were significantly better than that of control group, And the differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Alprostadil injection in treatment of patients with vertebral basilar artery insufficiency has a certain curative effect. It can effectively improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients. It can be applied to promote.
