摘要
为实现基于计算机视觉的烟叶自动分级,需对褶皱烟叶进行单张铺平。本文用滚刷式烟叶铺平装置,对影响烟叶铺平效果的因素进行了正交试验,分析了滚刷轴半径、刷毛长度、刷毛材质三个水平因素。结果表明:刷毛材质对刷毛变形影响最大,其次是刷毛长度;在滚刷轴半径为25mm、刷毛长度为35mm、刷毛种类为尼龙1010的组合下,刷毛变形后和烟叶的夹角最小值为90.319°,刷毛变形量最大。
In order to realize automatic classification of tobacco leaves based on computer vision,it is needed to extend single leaf.In this paper by using the roller mechanism,factors that affecting the rolling effect of the tobacco leave by orthogonal test were analyzed.Three factors were radius of the roller brush,the length of the brush and the material of the brush.The results showed that the material of the brush was the most influential to leave spreading effect.The length of the brush was next to it.When the radius of the rolling brush,the length of the brush, the material of the brush,and the degreeαwhich between formation and deformation of the brush is 25 mm,35mm,nylon 1010.When the minimum degree between the leaf and the formation brush was 90.319°,the deformation of the brush was max.
