摘要
介绍圆盘碎土起膜装置的研究意义,分析圆盘碎土装置的工作原理及特点,建立圆盘碎土的力学模型。采用ANSYS软件进行运动仿真分析,得到圆盘破土后圆盘及土壤的三向应变云图,分析结果显示Y方向上土壤变形量最大,最大值为57.66mm。为验证理论分析和仿真的正确性进行正交试验,得出圆盘半径因素与工作倾角因素对碎土效果和边膜带出率有显著影响,试验结果为边膜回收装置的设计及研究奠定基础。
Research significance of the disc crushing soil and curl-up film device was introduced,and the working principle and characteristics of the disc crushing soil and curl-up film device were analyzed,so the mathematical model of disc crushing soil was established.By motion simulation in ANSYS software,three-direction strain nephogram of the disk and breaking soil were gained,the results showed that the maximum value is 57.66 mm in Y direction of soil deformation.An orthogonal test was conducted to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and simulation,and the results showed that the radius of the disc and the working angle have significant effects on the effect of the soil and the rate of the film.The research provided a foundation for the design and research of the edge film recycling device.
