摘要
不同类型的负荷和分布式电源出力在不同季节不同时段表现出明显差异,即时序特性。文章基于负荷和分布式电源的时序特性,采取负荷峰谷划分时段理论,将一年进行四季五时段的划分,结合负荷峰谷分时电价,以配电网网损费用最小为目标函数,确立了对分布式电源的选址定容。最后以IEEE 33节点配电网为算例,采用遗传算法进行计算,仿真结果验证了所提方法的合理性及可行性。
Different types of loads and the output of distributed generations show significant differences in different seasons and periods,namely timing characteristics. Based on timing characteristics of loads and distributed generations,this paper takes the loads of peak valley division theory to divide a year into four seasons and five periods.Combined with the time of use price,the cost of network loss is taken as objective function to establish optimal site selection and capacity determination of distributed generations. Finally,IEEE33 node distribution network is used as example and genetic algorithm is used to calculate. The simulation results verify the rationality and feasibility of the proposed method.
