摘要
为了建立起动稳定度DS与沥青路面车辙深度之间的定量关系,进行了不同试验温度下的室内单层和双层车辙试验,并根据动稳定度的测试原理建立了基于室内动稳定度试验结果 DS值的沥青路面车辙深度的预测模型,最后通过试验路观测数据进行了模型的标定和验证,模型中考虑了路面所在地区的温度、路面交通量、基层类型等因素的影响。研究结果表明:利用室内沥青混合料动稳定度DS及其他相关参数预测实际路面的流动型车辙具有可行性;车辙预测模型具有较好的精度和可靠性,车辙深度实测值和预测值的最大误差值不超过3 mm,具有一定的应用价值。
In order to establish the quantitative relationship between DS value and rutting depth in asphalt pavement, the indoor single and double layers rutting tests at different temperature are carried out. Then, the prediction model of asphalt pavement rutting depth is established based on DS test theory. The model is calibrated and verified by the measured data of test road, considering the influence of temperature, traffic volume and type of base course of the pavement area. The study result shows that (1) the flowing type rutting on real pavement can be predicted by using the indoor DS value of asphalt mixture and other related parameters; (2) the rutting prediction model is reliable and accurate, the maximum error of rutting depth between measured values and predicted values is less than 3 mm, the model is valuable for using in practical engineering.
