摘要
当前氯离子含量过高对混凝土构件带来的安全隐患依然是研究难点。采用电位滴定法针对大体积混凝土进行了氯化物含量的测定实验。通过混凝土取样对粉末状样品完成了滴定液体积、pH值检测等实验,结果表明:滴定液的实验结果中可以看出结果有很高的可信度,采用的方法可以满足氯化物的含量测定;pH值结果表明采用的方法酸度为pH=2~3对结果影响较小;精密度结果看出电极法测定氯化物结果准确、具有良好的稳定性,回收率达到99.8%以上。
The high content of chlorine ion is a hidden danger in concrete member. In this paper, the potentiometric titration method was adopted to determine chloride content of mass concrete in the experiment. The titration test of concrete powder samples was carried out as well as pH value detection. The results show that the experimental results by the potentiometric titration method have high credibility, so the potentiometric titration method can meet the requirements of chlorine content determination of chloride; when pH in the range of 2-3, the acidity has less effect on the determining result; the potentiometric titration method has high accurate and good stability, its recovery rate can reach to 99.8% or more.
