摘要 随着国内外大量油气田的不断开发,天然气水合物的形成和堵塞防治问题引起了科研生产工作者的极大关注。主要介绍了天然气水合物的形成机理、防治措施,其中,添加抑制剂是目前防治水合物形成经常使用的方法,以某气田为例,以Windows XP为平台,Visual Basic 6.0为工具开发编制程序计算甲醇抑制剂的合理用量,并分析包括井口温度、井口压力、产气量以及产水量与抑制剂用量的关系,采用Origin对软件系统的模拟结果进行曲线拟合,并得出相应的拟合关系式,从而确保输气管道安全经济运行。 With development and exploitation of oil and gas fields, both in domestic and overseas, formation of natural gas hydrates and how to prevent it from plugging the pipeline draw great attentions from scientific researchers and field engineers. In this article, the forming mechanism and control measures of natural gas hydrates were introduced. Adding methanol inhibitor is one of the common methods. Taking a gas field as an example, reasonable dosage of methanol inhibitor was calculated by using Visual Basic 6.0 based on the platform of Window XP operating system. In the meantime, factors to affect the inhibitor dosage were analyzed, including wellhead temperature and pressure, water and gas production rate. At last, curve fitting of simulation results from the software system was carried out by using Origin. So safe and economic operation of gas pipeline can be ensured.
