肾移植后急性单纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血一例

摘要
肾移植后受者发生急性纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血（pure red cell aplasia，PRCA）是临床上较少见的病例，现将我院收治的1例病例报道如下。
