不同种群结构刺五加根和茎中紫丁香苷的含量 被引量:3

Syringin Content of Acanthopanax Senticosus Roots and Stems in Different Population Structures

摘要 通过对不同样地刺五加中紫丁香苷含量进行系统的研究,旨在探索不同样地、不同年生刺五加对其药材质量的影响,为研究刺五加中紫丁香苷积累的机制提供科学依据。采用HPLC法对吉林省敦化地区5个不同种群结构样地不同年生刺五加根及茎中紫丁香苷含量进行了测定。结果表明:茎中紫丁香苷含量除4年生和5年生植株外,均高于根中紫丁香苷含量;根中紫丁香苷含量在4年生和5年生较高,随着生长时间的延长,次生代谢产物紫丁香苷含量并没有显著的提高,反而会发生很大的波动;不同样地中榆树川样地刺五加紫丁香苷含量较高。该试验结果对刺五加的种植、采集及药材的利用具有积极的指导意义。 The content of syringin of A. senticosus in different population structures was systematically researched in order to investigate the content of syringin in roots and stems in different sample areas and in different years. The results can provide scientific basis for maximizing the quality of A. senticosus in the A. senticosus. The determination of syringin in roots and stems in different sample areas and in different years in five different population structures of Jilin Dunhua was performed by high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that except for 4 and 5 years' living plants, the syringin content of the stems was higher than that of the roots ; the syringin content in roots of 4 and 5 years' living plants was higher, and with the extension of growth time, the secondary metabolites of syringin content did not significantly increase; the syringin content of A. senticosus at Yushu- chuan plot was higher than at other plots. The experimental results would benefit the cultivating and gathering of A. senticosus, and using of medicinal materials.
