摘要
在对现行配送模式进行比较分析的基础上,构建了中小连锁超市物流配送模式选择的指标体系,并以内蒙古巴彦淖尔市万客乐连锁超市为例,结合其实际问题,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价方法,探索物流配送模式选择指标体系的可行性与模式选择过程的适用性,以期为我国中小连锁超市物流配送模式选择提供有益借鉴。
In this paper,on the basis of a comparison of the current distribution modes,we established the index system for the selection of the logistics distribution modes by the small-and-medium-sized chain supermarkets,and then in connection with a practical case,used the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to explore the feasibility of the logistics distribution mode selection index system and the suitability of the mode selection process.
