摘要
针对半导体激光器与光纤耦合效率低的问题,结合半导体激光器出射光束的特性,运用几何光学的方法对非球面透镜、柱面镜进行了理论设计,使用ZEMAX软件对透镜系统进行了仿真验证,为下一步制作透镜模块实物与实验验证工作提供了支持。
According to the problem of low efficiency of coupling between semiconductor laser and optical fi-ber, combining with the characteristics of the outgoing beam of the semiconductor laser, geometrical optics methodis used to design aspheric and cylindrical lens. ZEMAX software is used to carry on the simulation about the lenssystem. And the simulation results provide support for lens module fabrication and experimental verification.
