摘要
教学管理评价是对高校教学管理水平的一种客观评价,对于高校加强教学管理,规范教学过程,提高教学效果、教育质量和办学效益等具有非常重要的作用。现行高校教学管理评价工作主观性较强,指标的选取以及指标权重的设定缺乏科学性。本文以量化考核为目标,通过引入平衡计分卡理念,建立以客户、内部流程、学习与成长、财务四个维度教学管理评价体系,然后利用层次分析法对该教学管理评价体系各指标进行综合计算,得出各指标的权重值。
To investigate into expand the quality of training methods of vocational college mental health education curriculum project of teaching practice mode,analysis based on quality development training project of teaching design and curriculum de- sign, lists typical project example. The practice proves that based on quality extension training of mental health education cur- riculum project of teaching is helpful to arouse the students" desire for knowledge and improve students" participation and enthu- siasm,to promote students to maintain and promote the ability of mental health.
