摘要
针对飞机装配产品结构、生产工艺复杂,装配过程离散,数据量庞大多变,难以建立产品化的信息化解决方案的问题,探索出一种基于Petri网模型建立的模拟装配生产线的模型。通过对离散数据的分析与处理,建立装配过程中相关联变量之间的关系网络,运用时延Petri网Td PN模型具有的成熟的数学分析方法,对装配过程进行模拟分析,从而找到最优的人员、工艺、质量、设备和管理资源的配置,达到装配生产过程的优化。最后,通过对某型号飞机外翼的装配过程进行仿真优化,验证了建模仿真和优化算法的可行性。
Aircraft assembly product structure and production process are complicated, the assembly process is discrete, data volume is large and varied, and the transition of informationization solution is difficult. So, we explore a model based on Petri net to establish simulation model of the assembly line. By analysis and process of discrete data, we establish the relationship of the variables associated network in the process of assembly. Using the mature mathematical analysis methods of time delay Td PN Petri net model, simulation analysis is carried out in the assembly process, to find the most optimal personnel, technology, quality, equipment configuration and management resources, and complete the assembly of the production process optimization. Finally, based on a certain type aircraft wing assembly process simulation optimization, we verify the feasibility of modeling and simulation and optimization algorithm.
