摘要
通过对夏县农业产业经济发展现状、农业发展现状、农村经济与农民收入情况、农业生产条件等现状的分析,发现夏县农业发展存在基础设施建设滞后、农民组织化程度低、农业先进技术普及率低、农业产业开发程度低等问题,并根据对上述问题的理解,提出夏县发展特色现代农业的相应对策,即健全机制体制、加大财政投入、创新发展、提高农民组织化程度、做大做强龙头企业、高度重视质量安全、充分运用"互联网+"、加大农业环保力度等。
Through the analysis of the status of agricultural industry economic development, current situation of agricultural development, situation of rural economy and farmers＇ income, current situation of agricultural production conditions, etc. in Xiaxian County, the problems of infrastructure construction lags behind the development of agriculture, low level organization of farmers, low popularity of advanced agriculture technology, low level agricultural industry development, etc. were discovered, and according to the understanding of the above problems, put forward the countermeasure of developing modem agriculturewith special characteristics in Xiaxian County, such as improve mechanism system, increase financial input, innovation-driven development, improve the organization level of farmers, run bigger and stronger leading enterprises, pay high attention to quality and safety, make full use of ＂Intemet＋＂, increase agricultural environmental protection efforts, etc.
