摘要
交往是人的基本需求,居住区不仅提供居住的场所还应满足人对户外交往空间的需要。随着经济、社会的快速发展,既有开放型住区的户外交往空间与居民不断提高的需求产生了矛盾。以20世纪90年代全国十大试点居住区——济南燕山小区为例,选取住区点线面不同形态户外空间开展实地调研并对各年龄段使用人群进行问卷调查,对既有成熟型开放住区户外交往空间的使用效能进行分析评价。通过对典型户外空间的调研分析与问题梳理,提出对此类住区户外交往空间提升的措施,为营造更好的人居环境做出积极的探索。
Communication is the basic demand, dwelling district not only provide a living place and should meet the needs of the people in outdoor contact space. With the rapid development of economy, society, both open residential outdoor contact space and the residents＂ increasing demand produce contradiction. Taking the Ji＇nan Yanshan district as an example in the 1990＇s the national top ten pilot areas, we select residential house of different forms of point, line and plane outdoor space and carry out on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire survey of all age-group users, then analyze and evaluate mature residential outdoor contact space using efficiency. Through analyzing the research of typical outdoor space and problems, put forward promoting measures for such residential outdoor contact space, to create a better living environment to make a positive exploration.
