摘要
唯一标识符是数字资源的永久标识,国内外有不少标识符系统。介绍了两种国外唯一标识符系统Handle System和DOI以及国内公共图书馆唯一标识符系统的特性和运行状况,对比分析了这些唯一标识符系统在管理方面的区别。
Unique identifier is a permanent identifier of digital resources, and there are a number of unique identifier systems at home and abroad. This paper introduces in detail the characteristics and operating conditions of two foreign unique identifier systems, Handle system and Digital Object Identifier（DOI）, and one domestic public library＇s unique identifier system, and conducts a comparative analysis on the differences of these unique identifier system in the aspect of management.
