摘要
该文依据问卷调查和访谈的数据,较深入地讨论了青海藏汉双语教育教学的现状和存在的问题。青海藏汉双语教育教学存在教师的所学学科与执教学科专业不对口现象突出、结构性缺编严重、不仅双语教师专业素质偏低而且缺乏促进教师专业成长的机制、双语教师参加培训机会少、培训针对性不强、教师职业压力大、职业倦怠情况较为严重、藏汉双语数学学科教育成为制约青海民族教育质量的最大障碍等问题,并在讨论问题成因的基础上提出了相应的对策建议。
The paper is based on the questionnaire and interview to discuss the situation and existing problems of education in Qinghai Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teaching.It considers that Qinghai TibetanChinese bilingual education exists some problems which are the original major of teachers is different from whose teaching subject,structural vacancy is serious,bilingual teachers are not high qualified and the mechanism of developing teachers' major is lacked,bilingual teachers have less chances to join in any trainings and the trainings are not targeted,teachers have occupational stress,and also the job burnout situation is more serious,the education of Tibetan-Chinese bilingual mathematical subject becomes the great obstacle of Qinghai ethnic education quality.So the paper also puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of the causes on discuss issues.
