摘要
以煤矸石电厂不同燃烧工艺所产生的循环流化床(CFB)粉煤灰和炉渣为研究对象,对比分析了其化学矿物组成、颗粒形貌、需水性、火山灰活性及作为水泥混合材时与减水剂的相容性等。结果表明:CFB粉煤灰含有较多的无定形态矿物,火山灰活性高达98%(比表面积达600m^2/kg后),但是由于其微观结构蜂窝状孔隙多,作为水泥混合材时需水量高;炉渣的火山灰活性低于粉煤灰,但是其需水量低,与减水剂的相容性较好;CFB粉煤灰与炉渣与聚羧酸减水剂的相容性好于萘系减水剂。
Take different kinds of circulating fluid bed (CFB) fly ashes and slags from gangue-fried power plant as research objects. The properties of different kinds of CFB fly ashes and slags were investigated based on chemical and mineral composition, particle morphology, water demand ratio, pozzolanic activity and compatibility with water reducer. The results showed that CFB fly ash has more amorphous state than slag, the pozzolanic activity index could reach 98%(after the specific surface area achieved 600m2/kg), but it has high water demand ratio result from its porous structure. The slag has lower water demand ratio, better compatibility with water reducer than fly ash, but its pozzolanic activity index was low. The compatibility between CFB fly ashs and superplasticizers was batter than that with naphthalene water reducer.
