摘要
进度管理的目的是控制和节约时间,但传统进度计划编制依据资料较多,实施较被动,不能提前采取预防措施,效率较低,应用方法及工具较抽象,信息表达不全面;无法实现动态表达。而运用BIM可为建设项目施工阶段提供全面、准确的数据支持,可建三维模型,可预见错漏碰缺等问题,实现事中控制。南京青奥体育场馆即构建了基于BIM的进度管理整体框架体系,提出基于BIM技术的施工组织进度安排,解决施工难点,减少返工,节约成本。
The purpose of schedule management is to control and save time, but traditional schedules have various disadvantages, such as passive implementation, having no prevention measure, low efficiency, abstract method and tools, insufficient information expression and having no dynamic expression, etc. BIM technique could provide overall and accurate data support for engineering construction, establish three- dimensional model, forecast error, omission, conflict and defect, and realize intermediate control. In Nanjing Youth Olympic Stadium project, frame system of BIM-based schedule management was established. BIM- based construction organization and schedule arrangement were proposed to solve the difficulties in construction, reduce reworking and save construction cost.
