摘要
蓝菜1号为菘蓝与甘蓝型油菜经体细胞杂交后,通过与油菜连续回交获得的包含有两条相同菘蓝异源染色体,采用组织培养方法继代的二体异附加系;其叶片对流感病毒A/PR/8/34(H1N1)表现出一定的体外抑制作用。本研究通过示范栽培实践,介绍了该品种的特征特性及其标准化栽培技术要点。
Lancai No. 1 contained two Isatis indigotica identical heterologous chromosomes by successive backcross with Brassica napus, after somatic hybridization of Isatis indigotica and Brassica as Isatis-type. The leaves aqueous extracts of the double alien addition lines bred using tissue culture techniques, showed several inhibition effects to influenza virus A/PR/8/34 (H1N1) in vitro. The demonstration cultivation practice indicates its characteristics and standardized cultivation techniques in this study.
