摘要
目的:分析我院中药饮片处方的常见差错原因及控制措施;方法:整群抽取(如何抽取?)我院2011年6月份至12月份中药饮片处方,根据《处方管理办法》进行处方点评,并对其结果进行统计学分析。结果:2011年下半年中药饮片处方合计2582张,不合理处方291张(占总处方数11.28%),主要存在超时限用药、临床诊断和药品名称书写不规范以及有毒药物超剂量使用等问题。结论:我院中药饮片处方的不合格率较高,需进一步规范中药饮片处方的管理,加强对医师的宣传和中药处方点评工作以保证临床安全、有效、合理用药。
Objective：To analyze common errors reason of the medicinal slices prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine and to find the controlling measures in our hospital. Methods： The traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions that extracted in the second half of 2011 were commented according to ＂ prescription management method＂, the results were analyzed with statistics. Results： 2582 prescriptions were collected in the second half of 2011, there are 291 unqualified prescriptions, the unqualified rate was 11.28%. Problems such as over time medication, over-dosage of toxic drug, nonstandard clinical diagnosis and drug name writing were found in these unqualified prescriptions. Conclusion： To ensure the safety, effective and rational use of drug, it is necessary to value and strengthen the management of traditional Chinese medicine prescription, and the propaganda and prescription comment should be well done.
