摘要
制造的合理性与有效性即制造伦理的研究能揭示生产制造过程中的诸多关键核心问题,可以帮助人们分析企业或者行业在制造内容方面存在的不足及其努力方向。通过对3D打印过程的分析,首先指出了3D打印的数学本征特点,然后结合制造伦理的基本要求,分析了3D打印存在的典型问题。这些问题是国内、国际制造业共同面临并需要解决的关键问题,其解决有助于3D打印的发展。
Study of rationality and validity of manufacture, namely Manufacturing Ethic, can disclose many key problems in manufacturing process and help people to analyze shortcomings and effort directions of products from enterprises. By analysis of 3D printing process, this article first points out the mathematical characteristics of 3D printing and then makes a study on typical problems from view-point of manufacturing ethic. The problems are common ones in manufacturers home and abroad. Setting down of these problems will be profitable for development of 3D printing.
