摘要
目的:探讨腹部B超联合阴道B超诊断方法在妇产科急腹症临床诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取本院接诊的127例急腹症患者,以手术病理学的结果作为诊断金标准,采用单纯腹部B超检查及其与阴道B超联合检查,对比2种诊断方法的应用效果,并对2种诊断方法的结果进行统计学处理。结果:经阴道及腹部超声联合检查的准确率94.48%显著高于单纯腹部检查的准确率75.59%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹部B超联合阴道B超诊断方法对妇科急腹症进行临床检查,大大提高超声诊断的准确率。
Objective To study the joint vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of abdominal ultrasound method in gynecology and obstetrics application value in clinical diagnosis of acute abdominal pain. Methods 127 patients in our hospital departments with acute abdomen, with surgical pathology results as a diagnostic gold standard, using simple abdominal ultrasound and its associated with vaginal ultrasound examination, compare the application effect of two kinds of diagnostic methods, and the results of two methods of diagnosis for statistical processing. Results The results showed that vaginal and abdominal sonography of the joint inspection accuracy（94.48 %） were significantly higher than that of pure abdominal examination accuracy（75.59 %）, comparing differences between groups with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound method for gynecological acute abdomen examination, greatly improve the accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
