摘要
论文描述了一种基于SiP技术的小型化弹载计算机的实现方案,对弹载计算机架构和软件系统做了简要说明,对芯片级计算机设计做了详细说明。论文提供了采用SiP技术实现弹载计算机小型化的具体方法和思路。
This article describes a type of miniaturized missile-borne computer scheme which is based on SiP,the missile-borne computer architecture and software system are briefly described as well. This article also explained the design of single chip computer in detail. The method and implementation of achieving the missile-borne computer miniaturization by using SiP is provided in this paper.
