摘要
大型游乐设施施工过程管理,游艺设备安装必须非常精确;同时游乐设施、设备施工涉及构件吊装、焊接、混凝土浇筑、室内外装饰工程等,交叉作业繁琐,涉及的高空作业都是不规则屋面,脚手架搭设条件比较严苛,对工人作业时的安全防护工作难度非常大。从实际施工中出发,阐述游乐设施关键工作的实施,分别指出屋面工程的作业难点,采取的技术保障措施,详细说明了不规则屋面高空作业的施工及防护要点,以及同类型金属屋面施工的成品保护等工作,可为类似工程施工提供参考。
During the process management of large recreation facilities construction, installing of recreation facilities should be very accurate, meanwhile it involves too many disciplines including components hoisting, welding, concrete pouring, interior and exterior decoration work etc.It is complex alternate operation.Aloft working surface in this process are all irregular roof, the condition for scaffold erecting is very strict and harsh.It is very difficult to ensure the safety and protection for the aloft workers.Based on the actual construction, this article expounds the implementation of the key work of recreation facilities and points out the difficult points for roof construction and technical security precautions it adopts respectively, and also explains in detail about key points of construction and protection in the irregular roof aerial working.It also talks about finished products protection for the same type of metal roof construction. We hope it can provide reference for similar engineering construction.
