一种市售聚维酮碘消毒液的杀菌效果与毒性试验观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察一种有效碘含量为2.10 g/L聚维酮碘消毒液的消毒相关性能及其毒性。方法按照《消毒技术规范》,采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物毒性试验方法对聚维酮碘消毒液的杀菌效果和毒性进行实验研究。结果该消毒剂原液对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌作用1 min,杀灭对数值均>5.00;对白色念珠菌作用1 min,杀灭对数值均>4.00;该消毒液擦拭皮肤表面作用1 min,对志愿者前臂皮肤表面自然菌的杀灭对数值均>1.00;急性经口毒性试验结果显示,对雌、雄性小鼠LD50均>5 000 mg/(kg·bw),属实际无毒级;急性眼刺激试验结果,为无刺激性;一次皮肤刺激试验属无刺激性;一次破损皮肤刺激试验属无刺激性;对雌、雄性小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞未发现微核作用。结论聚维酮碘消毒液有良好的杀菌效果,属实际无毒级,对皮肤无刺激,对眼无刺激,无致微核作用。 Objective To know the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of a PVP - I ( containing 2.21 g/L effective iodine) dis- infectant. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal test were utilized for studying the germicidal effica- cy and toxicity of the PVP - I disinfectant. Results The average killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonus aemginosa exposed to the stock solutions of this disinfectant for 1 min were 〉 5.00. The average killing logarithm values of Candida albicans exposed to the stock solutions of this disinfectant for 1 min were 〉 4.00. The average killing logarithm values of natural bacteria on forearm skin surface of volunteers exposed to the stock solutions of this disinfectant for 1 min were 〉 1.00. The results of acute oral toxicity test showed that the male and female mice oral toxicity LDs0 of the dis- infectant were 〉5 000 mg/( kg · bw),which belonged to practically nontoxic class. Test of the acute eye irritation for rabbit showed no irritating action. The stock solution of the disinfectant was not irritating to the skin of healthy rabbit. No skin irritating symptom was exhibited in the single - dose broken skin irritating test. It could not cause micronucleus forma- tion in the bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte of the male and female mice. Conclusion PVP - I disinfectant has good germicidal efficacy,belongs to actually non -toxic grade and has no irritating action on skin and eyes of healthy rabbit, and no micronucleus effect.
