摘要
发动机厂商采用多项新技术以满足更为严格的排放法规,同时也对发动机油产品提出了更高的要求,文章主要阐述了API CI-4柴油机油的性能要求,并对研制的CI-4 15W-40柴油机油在国Ⅳ发动机300 h的应用进行了研究,结果表明,CI-4 15W-40柴油机油具有优异的烟炱分散性和抑制烟炱引起的发动机磨损能力、抗氧抗磨损性,可满足国Ⅳ发动机用油要求。
All engine OEMs adopted various new technologies to meet increasingly severe emission regulations. This resulted in higher requirements for engine oil. This article was mainly focused on the performance requirements of the API CI- 4 diesel engine oil. 3 0 0 hours applied research with CI- 4 1 5 W- 4 0 diesel engine oil was carried out on China Ⅳ engine. The results indicated,CI- 4 1 5 W- 4 0 diesel engine oil exhibits not only excellent soot dispersancy and ability to inhibit the engine wear and tear caused by soot,but also superior resistance to oxidation and abrasion,which can completely meet the requirements of the China Ⅳ engine.
