摘要
检验和判断KLG-1、KD-03、WJX-1等钻井用抑制剂的主要指标皆是“三次岩屑回收提高率”。用该方法检验和判断处理剂质量优劣不妥,因为岩屑不是标准物质,各油田各区块的岩性不同,并且该项目要求岩屑在蒸馏水中的回收率必须在20%-50%,而符合这一要求的岩屑很难找到,耗时费力,既延误检验周期又影响检验结果。为此,分析它们的结构特点和作用机理,通过实验分别找出替代三次岩屑回收提高率的评价新方法。KLG-1-页岩膨胀降低率;KD—03-析水率和吸附量;TJX-1-相对抑制率。以上3种新方法的实验结果与三次岩屑回收提高率非常吻合。
The main evaluation indicator of drilling inhibitors KLG-1, KD-03, TJX -1 is all " three times cuttings recovery increasing rate ". It is not proper to use this index to evaluate the quality of the drilling inhibitors, because cuttings are not standard material, the li- thology of different blocks in different oilfields is different. And it is required that the recovery rate of euttings in distilled water must be 50% - 20%, and the cuttings to meet this requirement is difficult to be found. This evaluation method for drilling inhibitors both delays test cycle and affects the test result. Through analyzing the structural characteristics and action mechanism of the drilling inhibitors, their evaluation index replacing "three times cuttings recovery increasing rate" is determined separately: the shale swelling reducing ratio is used for KLG-1; the water separation rate and the adsorption capacity are used for KD-03; the relative inhibition rate is used for TJX-1. The evaluation results of these indexes are consistent with those of" three times cuttings recovery increasing rate".
