摘要
目的:探讨癌痛示范病房中临床护理规范化管理对癌痛患者的影响。方法:采用卫生部制定的"癌痛规范化治疗示范病房"方案对癌痛患者进行评估和护理,癌痛量化使用数字分级法(NRS)、面部表情评估量表法及主诉疼痛程度分级法(VRS)3种方法进行评估,根据世界卫生组织(WHO)癌痛三阶梯止痛治疗指南执行药物治疗。结果:2组疾病类型、疾病分期以及文化程度之间比较,差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。日常生活评分、情绪评分、睡眠评分、行走能力评分、生活乐趣评分2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:癌痛示范病房中临床护理规范化管理对有效治疗癌症患者的癌痛具有一定的帮助作用。
Objective： To study the influences of standardized management of the cancer pain demonstration wards on patients with cancer pain. Methods： ＂The standardized treatment of cancer pain demonstration ward＂ scheme promulgated by Ministry of Health was adopted to assess and nurse patients with cancer pain. Numerical rating scale（NRS）, facial expression assessment scale and verbal rating scale（VRS） were used to quantify cancer pain.Drug treatment was adopted with the WHO guidelines Three-step analgesic ladder for cancer pain. Results：diseases patterns, The difference had no statistical meaning.in the comparison of diseases stage and education level of the patients（P〈0.05）. The difference had statistical meaming in the comperison of daily life scale mood scale walking ability scale and life interests scale（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Standardized management of the cancer pain demonstration wards is helpful in the effective treatment of patients with cancer pain.
