摘要
目的：分析奈达铂化疗联合同期放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床效果。方法：选取2015年4月-2016年4月笔者所在医院收治的56例患者进行本次研究,将患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组28例。对照组患者给予顺铂化疗联合放疗进行治疗,观察组患者则采用奈达铂化疗联合同期放疗进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组患者的治疗有效率（89.29%）明显高于对照组（64.28%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者Ⅰ-Ⅳ级不良反应总发生率（25.00%）明显低于对照组（60.71%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：奈达铂化疗联合同期放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床效果较好,不良反应较轻,意义重大。
Objective：To analyze the clinical efficacy of Nedaplatin chemotherapy combined with concurrent radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer.Method：56 patients with advanced cervical cancer in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,28 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received Cisplatin chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy,the patients in the observation group were used Nedaplatin chemotherapy combined with concurrent radiotherapy for treatment,the treatment effect of two groups were compare.Result：The treatment efficiency（89.29%） in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（64.28%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.TheⅠ-Ⅳ grade incidence of adverse reactions（25.00%） in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（60.71%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of Nedaplatin chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy in advanced cervical cancer better, adverse reaction of lighter,is of great significance.
