摘要 针对传统的曲率半径测量仪在汽车后视镜曲率半径检测中存在较大误差等问题,设计了一种基于LabVIEW编程控制的新型汽车后视镜曲率半径检测系统.提出了比汽车后视镜国家标准GB15084规定的曲率半径测量方法更为精确的9点测量法;为了保证数据采集的高精度和完整性,使用激光传感器和位移传感器配合测量.采用滑动平均滤波法对采集的数据进行滤波平滑处理.通过最小二乘法对滤波后的数据拟合圆曲线,得到待测曲线的曲率半径,多次求平均值计算出后视镜的曲率半径.试验结果表明,该设计方案测量误差小,并且能自动的对后视镜曲率半径进行检测,实现智能化,提高检测效率. A new detection system based on LabVIEW programming control for measuring the curva ture radius of automobile rearview mirror is designed to solve the problem that the traditional measur ing apparatus would cause large errors. In addition, a new method, namely 9 points measuring meth od, is proposed to measure the curvature radius of automobile rearview mirror, which is more precise that the measuring method prescribed byGB15084. In order to ensure the high precision and integrity of data acquisition, the laser sensor and displacement sensor are used together by this method. In ad dition, this measuring method adopts moving average filtering method to perform filtering smoothing of the collected data. By using the least square method, the filtered data are fitted with a circle curve and the curvature radius of the curve can be obtained. Finally, the curvature radius of rearview mirror can be obtained by calculating the average radius value for many times. The experimental results show that this method has little measurement error and can be able to detect curvature radius of rearview mirror automatically, which is intelligent and improves the detection efficiency.
